Marduy Flour was established in 2010 in Mardin Organized Industrial Zone on an area of 25.000 m² to produce wheat flour and started production. With a daily wheat flour capacity of 250 tons, Marduy Flour Factory sells 50 Kg. and 30 Kg. bags of bran. At harvest time, the Turkish Grain Board (TMO) purchases large quantities of wheat from farmers and tradesmen and also imports wheat from various countries of the world such as Russia, Kazakhstan, Brazil and the USA.
